Purpose & legal basis
When you register for our waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and your role (e.g. freelancer, agency). This data is used exclusively to notify you about the WP ToggleSuite launch and your reserved founding member price. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Service provider
We use vbout (vbout Inc., USA) to manage our email list and send notifications. Your data is transmitted to and stored on vbout's servers. vbout processes data in the USA under appropriate data protection safeguards. You can find vbout's privacy policy at vbout.com/privacy-policy.
Retention
Your data is stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
4. Google Fonts
